
Leonardi manages the operations and design efforts of the firm.
Whether it is a home addition or an urban design intervention,
Leonardi carefully identifies the challenges and opportunities
associated with every project. Leonardi played key roles on a wide
range of projects nationwide while working for various Boston-based
firms. His project experience includes municipal and site-specific master
planning initiatives, mixed-use structures, and largely multi-family housing
through all phases - from design through construction administration.
While providing commercial and residential architectural services at LAA,
Leonardi has been providing consulting services to various Massachusetts
Municipal Affordable Housing Trusts.
Leonardi is an active member of the Boston Society of Architects, where he
co-chaired the BSA Alien Architects Committee as well as its Housing Committee.
He served on the "Envision Cambridge" Housing Working Group, which was tasked with
preparing housing recommendations as part of the City's comprehensive master planning
process. He is the current President of the
Massachusetts Association of Consulting Planners.
Leonardi has provided pro-bono design services to Home Free Home, an organization dedicated to
improve the lives of people with disabilities. Leonardi is a certified passive house consultant. (PHIUS CPHC)
Leonardi holds a bachelor degree of Architecture from Universidad Simon Bolívar, Caracas,
Venezuela -- his home town -- and earned a Master of Community Planning from the University
of Rhode Island with a concentration in Urban Design. While at URI, Leonardi Aray prepared a
Mixed-Income Housing Policy for the "Caracas urban core".
Leonardi lives in Cambridge with his wife, son and daughter. He is an avid cyclist and loves urban browsing.

Georgia Wiggins
Georgia Wiggins is a talented architectural and interior designer. Georgia's time management and strong communication skills enable her to work with various client types and team members with ease. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture, Minor in Spanish, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon with a focus in landscape architecture.

Craig Kelley
Craig Kelley is an attorney and experienced politician who understands the real world challenges of turning design plans into a built reality. Mr. Kelley has a JD from Boston College Law School and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. He also served as an HKS Fellow focusing on the intersection between Urban Resiliency and local democratic governance.
